On a daily basis, my role revolves around ensuring the seamless operation of our office and providing support to our agents. I take the time to connect with each agent personally, familiarizing myself not only with their professional goals but also with details about their families, including spouses, kids, and even pets. This personal touch allows me to offer more holistic support and empowerment.
Leading morning sales huddles multiple times a week is another crucial aspect of my routine. During these sessions, I focus on energizing our agents and ensuring they start the day with the right attitude.

Additionally, I prioritize weekly check-ins with each agent, dedicating 20 to 30 minutes to discuss their time management strategies and how they organize their daily tasks. Looking ahead, our ambitious goal at Lincoln Select is to expand our agent base to 100 within the next 10 years. Achieving this will necessitate a larger building and office space, but we’re prepared to tackle those challenges as they arise.
