One of our amazing agents, Anthony Ybarra, shares about his journey.

Today we are very excited to share a recent interview with one of our beloved agents, Anthony Ybarra. He has so much valuable insight about how to get into real estate and why he chooses to be on this team, and we are here to share that with you.

Before he was with us, Anthony was working at a law firm that did some work with real estate transactions. However, his family always told him they thought he could be a great agent. Then one day when he was flying home after he saw them, he sat next to a Realtor! He saw that as a sign and jumped into training soon after.

He grew up doing sports and always appreciated the concept of a team, so when he was ready to take this career seriously, he decided to join Lincoln Select. This team prides itself on providing a lot of quality training, and Anthony found that to be true. As he was getting started, he especially appreciated the training dialogue since it allowed him to practice all kinds of situations. Then he could be more comfortable and confident.

Anthony says that the onboarding process with Lincoln Select set him up for success. He looked at a lot of teams, but ultimately decided on this one because of our organization and training, and luckily he was not disappointed. He truly felt like the onboarding took him through all of the steps, from a to z.
